Mat Class

A floor-based full body workout on a mat. Utilising the use of many props you will be amazed at the strengths & skills that are further developed with each class attended aiding day to day activities

Reformer Class

Moving a mat-based-workout onto a spring-loaded platform (reformer bed). This dynamic workout is a lot of fun and will guarantee to provide a new dimension to your workouts. Building strength without muscle bulk and retraining the movement pattern of your joints; it is functional movement all set within fun + creative classes

Mums & Bubs

Pilates is an excellent exercise choice for pre/post-natal women. Low impact exercises are delivered, to ensure a safe and beneficial way to stay fit, build strength and maintain flexibility which is vital during and after pregnancy. This will in turn provide a healthy pregnancy, labour, delivery and recovery

*Please note: a clearance by your General Practitioner is required before commencing these classes to advise you are ready to recommence exercise post birth

Small Group (Duets & Trios)

Working within a small group – Duets (2) and Trios (3) you get a lot of individual attention. Small Group sessions utilize all the Pilates equipment within our studio (Cadillac, Reformer, Barrels, Stability Chair and Props)

Initial / Private Consultations

At Inner Balance Pilates we like to start our client’s journey with an Initial Consultation. This will allow us time to get to know you and your body. Tailored to clients who would like to address muscular imbalances, physical limitations or where injuries may be present. In this hour your posture is assessed, overall strength + flexibility tested & a program unique to your body (based on your posture + individual goals) in devised.
