Studio Hours

Please wear something that is fairly streamlined to your body and most importantly comfortable. No shoes are required once you are in the studio, however socks are essential at all sessions.

Please feel free to come in and unwind/relax whilst waiting for your session.

Recommended sessions per week

It is generally advised that one to three sessions per week is best for optimal results and progress. Of course this depends on your individual needs and availability so please discuss with us what would be best for you.

Cancellation Policy

Inner Balance Pilates requires 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel your spot in a class or session.
